Come and experience what Avenue Social is all about!
Looking for a disability social program that builds your skills whilst having fun? Join Avenue Social for their upcoming open day on Thursday 3 October from 11am to 1pm. This is your chance to dive into a day filled with a variety of fun and engaging activities, including a zumba class, sports activities, arts n crafts and so much more.
You will get a chance to meet new people, and experience how our unique social program integrates skill development into exciting activities. It’s the perfect opportunity to get a feel for what makes our social program for people with disability truly special.
Avenue Social has also joined forces with Apex health movement. An all-inclusive, inter-disciplinary practice, with a vision to transform how traditional healthcare is both seen and delivered. During the event they will provide fun and engaging training activities, as well as provide insights on how to perform specific sports tasks.

- You will need to bring along a support person to this event.
What to expect at the event
- Join in with exciting activities and get a feel for what Avenue Social offers – all activities are free to participate in.
- Enjoy a tasty BBQ prepared by our fantastic participants, with a sausage sizzle for just $3.
- Meet some of our participants and our dedicated team of support workers.
- Feel free to ask any questions you may have!
This event is for potential participants who are 15 years and older, and their families and carers looking for a disability social program.

Avenue Social is not your typical disability social program. You can access the events and activities you choose, build important skills and make friends for life!

Avenue is a registered NDIS service provider and you can use a range of NDIS line items to attend, including:
- Core Supports (Social and Community Participation and Daily Living)
- Capacity Building
- Finding and Keeping a Job.
